Our first bus load of relief goods is on its way to the Northern Areas. Noreen accompanied the bus to the airport and personally turned it over to The Rural Support Programmes Network.
Special thanks to the members of the PTO who spent hours individually bagging portions of the supplies for easy distribution. This enabled the goods to be airlifted.
On Saturday, the high school students are planning to replicate these efforts with foodstuffs purchased with donations from their class funds. We intend to send another bus load on Monday!

Many people have been involved in donating materials for immediate relief efforts. The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) has stepped forward to sort food and water items into bags for easy distribution.
