This was just too long for a status update.

Certainly one of the reasons I returned to the States after teaching abroad for three years was the singles scene.

For me, Pakistan just didn't have it going on. Now, I have returned to my hometown of Atlanta. It is an auspicious thing to find that Atlanta has been rated by Forbes magazine to be the Best City for Singles 2008.

Yet, the humorous news comes from a Travel and Leisure survey which places Atlanta near the bottom for attractiveness and style.

This begs the question whether people in Atlanta will be staying single for a long time! :)
