Nanaimo Bars

Some Canadians have introduced me to a new delicious desert, seemingly named after a town in British Columbia, Canada. It's the nanaimo bar.

The origin and exact recipe might be shrouded in mystery, but the bar is layered in chocolate on top of white creaminess on top of a cookie base. It's fine, eh.
