Here is the next big adventure. I will be leaving soon for Canada in a culinary tour of epic proportions.
I am taking July to explore the eastern side of Canada. I will load up my car and take it solo up through Maine into Fredericton and eventually wrap around into Toronto. I have my two-burner stove top, dutch oven, nonstick skillet, and the gumption/appetite to eat my way across the land.
The highlights of the first days of my trip will include checking out the Huntington Kitchen (where Jamie Oliver started his Food Revolution in the USA - watch video clips here), the Culinary Institute of America, and celebrating Canada Day in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
